At 23 years old, I finished college and decided to enlist in the military. Knowing I needed to improve my fitness, I chose weightlifting. This decision paid off well. I spent eight wonderful years serving in the United States Army. The experience molded me into the person I am today. In the military, I discovered my passion for training others and helping them unlock their full potential. This enjoyable experience has taught me that I truly love coaching people to bring out their best selves.
How did you end up working with Body Masters 6 years ago? I was already out of the military and living in Columbus, NE as a personal trainer. I wanted something more for myself. I wanted to be a part of something bigger than myself, so I searched for top gyms in Omaha, and Body Masters Fit Club popped up. I reached out, interviewed, and the rest is history.
“I really enjoy spending time with my family. It’s cliché, but it’s true. I have a girlfriend named Kyla, and together we raise three children. I have one child of my own, Jayda, who is 6 years old. Kyla has two children of her own, Victoria, who is 9 years old, and Dennis, who is 13. Nothing is more important to me than my family.”
