About Brittany

I grew up playing sports and always enjoyed fitness. After the birth of my oldest son, I was looking for a program to get back into shape and stumbled across a cross-training eBook. The description sounded interesting and unlike anything I had ever done before, so I figured I would give it a try. I started doing the program in my garage and YouTube-ing all the different movements and lifts, and I really started to enjoy this new style of training. I later found a hybrid gym and started working with Micha Solomon, the coach at the gym, on form, new techniques, skills, strength, nutrition, and overall wellness. A whole new fire was ignited. Fitness and nutrition went from something I enjoyed to something I was insanely passionate about and couldn’t get enough of. Seeing firsthand what the changes in nutrition, form, and technique had done for my body, fitness, and overall wellness had me completely hooked! I loved sharing the knowledge I was beginning to learn about fitness, nutrition, and overall wellness with all my family and friends. It was then my coach, Micha, encouraged me to get my coaching certification, and he continued to coach and mentor me as I began my coaching career. I am excited and passionate about helping others learn how to use nutrition and fitness to cultivate a healthy lifestyle, reach all their goals, and unlock their full potential.
